Strong Hydraulic System
GBM mobile ship loader adopts two powerful hydraulic cylinder to achieve the luffing functions for the boom, so that the boom will get different working angle for loading work
The hydraulic cylinder of mobile ship loader is made by GBM self-owned hydraulic company, equipped with mature technology, long-life ensured;
Big capacity hydraulic pump driven for the luffing cylinder and the jack legs under gantry base, suppor the heavy load and keep steady of the chassis when work;
High Quality Belt and Conveying System
The belt of the ship loader is with Chevron patterns that will hold the cargo when conveying, the stable stays with the belt no falling or leak
The belt with characteristics of anti-corrosive, good for fertilizer and chemicals like phosphate etc.
The conveying system equipped with good performance motors, achieve the high speed walking for the belt, ensure the working efficiency of the mobile ship loader
Heavy Load Solid tyres
GBM adopts mutiple sets of the solid wheels for the ship loader ,each wheel load to 10-12 ton, support the gantry to walk fluently
Indepent driven motor installed on the wheels to drive the ship loader with high mobility, quickly transfer from one compartment to another;
There imported sensor equipped on the wheels, precisely instruct the wheel to turn certain angles requied, so that mobile ship load has a wide working ranges;
