Spreader Beam Magnetic Particle Detection
All GBM® products, according to customer requirements, GBM® will be inspected for each welding position to ensure product quality and safety.GBM® generally use magnetic particle detection non-destructive testing technology.
The magnetic particle flaw detector has the characteristics of portability, simple operation and strong applicability. It is suitable for field operation without power supply and field operation of containers, Bridges and pipelines that cannot be entered by high pressure.
Surface Treatment And Painting
GBM® All steel plates will be processed by sand blasting: grade Sa 2.5.Premier paint is epoxy zinc rich primer of 40μm thickness, middle and finish paints are chlorinated rubber paint of 80μm thickness. Total thickness is 200μm.
The paint coating can play a role in preventing corrosion of the substrate. However, if the paint thickness is too thin, it can not protect the substrate well, easily leading to corrosion and rust. Therefore, detecting the thickness of the paint coating is an important means to determine whether the coating has anti-corrosion properties.
Stress Test Analysis
GBM® Stress test analysis is mainly to maintain the balance of the lifting equipment, reduce the horizontal extrusion pressure during lifting, shorten the length of the sling, increase the effective lifting height of the crane, expand the lifting range, improve efficiency, reduce the horizontal pressure during lifting equipment, avoid damage to the equipment, and rationally distribute the load of each lifting point.
The function of beam stress analysis is mainly reflected in ensuring the safety and success of lifting operation, optimizing the force distribution during lifting and reducing the damage of equipment.
Loading Test
The main purpose of the load test of the lifting beam is to ensure the safety of the suspended parts during the lifting process. Through the test, the balance of the suspended parts can be maintained to avoid damage to the equipment by the sling, and the horizontal extrusion pressure on the lifting parts can be reduced to avoid damage to the equipment.
In addition, when the stiffness of the member does not meet the requirements and more lifting points are required, the load test of the lifting beam can balance and distribute the load of each lifting point to ensure the smooth lifting process.
